The Ginyu Force is an elite team of soldiers that serve under Freeza, the team currently officially contains three members, as Guldo is deceased and Ginyu stole the body of one of Freeza's soldiers, later stealing King Cold's body. The team leader seems to be Jeece.
Fate in most universes[]
In Universes 4, 6, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 20, the Ginyu Force went to Namek and got close to killing Vegeta and Gohan and Kulilin, before Goku arrived and humiliatingly defeated them, Vegeta then killed them. Ginyu gets caught of guard and body changes with a frog.
in Universe 7, Gast killed Freeza before he called the Ginyu Force, Vegeta later escapes from Gast and tracks down or gets ambushed by the Ginyu Force, being cornered, he surprisingly transforms into a Super Saiyan and kills the entire Ginyu Force.
In Universe 8, Freeza blows up Namek before the Ginyu Force arrives, which lucky for them, they had not arrived at yet. Later when Goku went on a rampage for revenge they failed to stop Goku, destroying the entire capital when Freeza had to step in. Guldo died on that day, Jeece was unconscious and Ginyu, Butta and Reacum where badly injured, Ginyu shielding his team mates from Freeza's wrath, gets hit by a Death Beam by Freeza, but survives long enough to body change with one of Freeza's soldiers. Ginyu at some point switches bodies with King Cold and gains authority among his universe.
With Ginyu gone, Jeece becomes team captain. In respect for Ginyu, they kept the name. All Ginyu Force members (including Ginyu) come to the Multiverse Tournament, with Ginyu being among the soldiers who do not participate.
