Final Dragon Flash is an attack created and used by Super Saiyan 3 Vegetto during the Multiverse Tournament.

Vegetto charges and fires the attack like a normal Final Flash, but the brilliant blast that follows turns into a dragon construct of destructive energy, chomping down on the target and dealing devastating damage. Using the attack in Super Saiyan 3 form turned Vegetto himself into a force of gravity, making spectators levitate from their seats. Universe 18's Gohan speculated Vegetto's increase in mass being similar to that of the moon, and even exclaimed that his density was extremely similar to that of a black hole.
Broly of Universe 20 was eliminated from the tournament by this attack, screaming out "KA...KA....ROTTT!!!" in anguish as the dragon construct crunched down on him. Vegetto and his universe's Bra and Gohan managed to stall Universe 4's Majin Buu from absorbing the badly beaten Broly until he was sent back to Universe 20.
