Son Goku of Universe 16 is a mentioned character in the Dragon Ball Multiverse manga. Having a mostly identical history to his Universe 18 counterpart, his history ended when he and Vegeta fused to become Vegetto. Vegetto did not unfuse in this universe due to Vegetto keeping his barrier up inside of Buu's body. Vegetto of Universe 18, however separated into his components Goku and Vegeta, as a result of lowering his barrier.
History[]
Goku of Universe 16 had an identical life to his Universe 18 counterpart until the birth of Vegetto, as a result of he and Vegeta desperation to defeat Majin Buu, the two Saiyans merged into one entity via the Potala earrings. Vegetto never removed his barrier, which kept the two Saiyans from unfusing.
Legacy[]
After Majin Buu was defeated by Vegetto, the fusion attempted to unfuse himself by using the Dragon Balls, only to be met with Shenron stating that the wish was beyond his power. With Goku and Vegeta being "dead", the families of the two Saiyans were devastated, with Vegeta's son outright rejecting the newborn fusion as his father at first and Vegetto's components' wives bickering with each other, over time the families began to make the best out of the new situation and Vegetto entered a relationship with Bulma, having a daughter with her as well.

This is Goku's most powerful Super Saiyan transformation. It is unknown if he has mastered it yet or how strong exactly Goku becomes while transformed in this state. He learned this transformation through his training in Other World for seven years before facing Majin Buu.

This transformation occurs when a person with Saiyan heritage (and with a tail) absorbs enough blutz waves through the eyes, usually from looking at a full moon. His tail was permanently removed.

The fusion of Goku and Vegeta. They became Vegetto in desperation to defeat Majin Buu. They stayed as Vegetto due to the Dragon Balls not being able to un-fuse the two. Vegetto started dating Bulma and had a daughter with her named Bra.
